Send your deletion request
Email sufiyanakhtar69@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Send the request from the email address connected with your enquiry whenever possible.
- Your full name
- The email address or WhatsApp number used to contact us
- A short description of the information or conversation you want deleted
Identity verification
To protect your information from unauthorized deletion, we may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request belongs to you. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card details or government identity documents unless specifically required through a secure process.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request and review the systems where your information may be stored. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information and confirm completion by email.
- Requests are normally completed within 30 days
- We will tell you if additional time or information is required
- You may ask for an update by replying to the acknowledgement email
Information we may retain
Some limited information may be retained when required by law, for tax or accounting records, to establish or defend legal claims, to prevent fraud, or to document that your deletion request was completed. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes.

This process covers information stored in systems controlled by Sufiyan Akhtar. To delete information held independently by WhatsApp or Meta, use the privacy and account controls provided by those services.
